This has got to be one of the yummiest kale salad recipes ever! It has just the right amount of everything: crisp greens, chewy grain, sweet cranberries, crunchy almonds, and tangy feta. On top of being delicious, you will get happy chemicals flowing in your brain just by thinking of how healthy you are will be from ingesting so many superfoods.
Kale & Quinoa Salad
Ingredients:
- Kale
- Quinoa
- Dried cranberries
- Blueberries
- Slivered almonds
- Feta cheese
- olive oil
- Dijon mustard
- lemon juice
- garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
Just add and mix and enjoy!
