We offer a green business directory, online community, green product reviews, and environmental news to help you learn, get inspired, and take action. Our mission is to be your first stop for all things green!
The Green Business Directory features all types of green businesses including healthy restaurants, alternative health providers, green home services, clean tech, organic beauty, eco-friendly travel, environmental nonprofits, and more.
The Green Online Community is the place to connect with like-minded others on all sorts of green topics from natural health, clean beauty, and green homes, to clean tech, electric vehicles, plastic pollution, wildlife protection, and more.
History
I founded Republic of Green because as a “green” Realtor, I was constantly trying to find green builders, green architects, and sustainable landscapers that I could recommend to my clients. I also wanted to grow my green social/professional network, attend local green events, and find green volunteer opportunities. While it was possible to do this by searching across many websites, it was an inefficient process that yielded incomplete results.
I began to envision the perfect website that would bring it all together and make it easy to find green businesses and green events and to enable personal connections with the inspiring people doing this work. Hence, Republic of Green was born. I hope you find it to be a wonderful resource.
